Kungsmässan is a shopping center with approximately 90 shops, cafes and restaurants. On a couple of occasions Kungsmässan has been awarded a prize as “Sweden’s most pleasant shopping mall.” This is not surprising. Kungsmässan is known for its nice atmosphere, great range of shops and how well they treat their customers.

Kungsmässan actively works to continuously improve the visitor experience. They recently took another step in that direction. With the help of Digital Signage, they have a new tool, which will help them improve and clarify the communication to visitors. Moving media in large format also creates the right atmosphere and feeling, which will enhance visitors’ shopping experience.

The installation involves public screens in all the revolving doors as well as a large video wall with nine 55″ screens. The entire installation is based on Visual Retail, our cloud-based platform for Digital Signage. A tool used to easily create, publish and schedule the message displayed on the digital surfaces.
